Up for your review is my 2002 BMW R1150RT that just turned over 19,000 miles. The bike is an outstanding touring bike and has been on many long trips. Like any good BMW it has been in the rain, sleet, and snow. Below is a list of other stuff that tells you about the touring equipment I have put on the bike to help the miles go by. Everything works great. I am not finding time for touring so I am selling this bike to buy an older K bike for grocery store runs. I would entertain an older K bike for a partial trade plus cash. Send me price, options and pictures. I live in St. Louis. I was going to create a category for bad stuff but there really is not much. Some scuffing on the cases and top case. Typical road scratches for a bike like this. Some scratches by the key. Tires are Michelin Pilots which have been great, they have around 2500 on them. The pictures should tell it all, they are high quality so you can blow them up. The bike runs synthetic oil. I would not hesitate to ride this bike any where. I have many receipts from the previous owner, that was a friend of mine and from the time I have owned the bike. Motorcycle is for sale locally and I will close the acution if it sells. Mileage might vary slightly if I ride it over the weekend.
