2002 Volkswagen New Beetle GLS Sport Coupe Please read my entire listing and view all photos before bidding. Up for auction is a very nice, EXTREMELY LOW MILES (less than 47K mi) one-owner example of a New Beetle Coupe. I am selling this vehicle for a friend at an attactive BIN price and a bargain-low reserve. This New Beetle is LOADED! It is equipped with the GLS Turbo Sport package which includes the following options list: 1.8l 20-valve turbo engine paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox, sport leather seating with two-toned Black & Grey interior, glass sunroof, automatic rear spoiler, color-keyed 17" alloy wheels, Monsoon premium sound system w/ 6-disk CD changer (located in the trunk), power windows, and power mirrors. The car was female-driven and well-maintained. No modifications have been done to the vehicle whatsoever; it remains in factory stock condition. This is a NO accidents, NO paintwork, NO stories vehicle! I also have a CLEAR Georgia title in-hand and ready for the new owner. The owner has recently installed four (4) new Michelin Pilot all-season tires less than 500 miles ago, changed engine oil & filter less than 50 miles ago, and replaced all exterior VW emblems found on all four wheels as well as the hood and trunk lid. I have driven the car for the past couple of weeks and I can tell you that everything mechanical and electronic works 100% with no issues. The car rides and drives as-new, again with no issues to mention. Cosmetically, however, there are a few problem areas of concern. There are some light scratches in the paint, the most noticeable of which are located on the right side of the trunk lid (see photo). Both the driver and passenger doors show evidence of door dings, the passenger door being the worst of the two showing a series of small dents measuring approximately 12in across; the driver door shows only a single small dent near the door handle. There are other light scratches/swirls and imperfections here and there in the paint, but unfortunately being an 8-year old black car these blemishes are nearly impossible to avoid. The dents, however, can be removed by any PDR professional (Paintless Dent Repair). Being a perfectionist, everything stands out to me, so what may catch my attention, you may overlook as a non-issue. That said, I would rate the exterior a 7 on a scale of 1-to-10, with a "10" being a brand new car. The interior shows very well and looks like any low-mileage vehicle should. The leather is clean and conditioned with no rips, no tears, and no cracks of any kind. Carpets are clean and free of any stains. Door panels, dash and console are all in great condition. The interior is easily a solid 8.5 on a scale of 1-to-10, again with a "10" being a brand new car. This is an excellent little Beetle overall and perfect for a recent graduate or those just looking to save some gas and do it in style!! NADA values this Beetle at $10,112. So here's your chance to steal it! Being this is not my personal vehicle, I can only tell you what I know about it.
