NO RESERVE BID TO WIN! Up for sale is my beloved 1992 Toyota Extended Cab Deluxe 4x4 Pickup with the legendary 22RE motor. This is basically the SR5 except with the better motor! This truck is a truly rare find in such great condition. It is a definite EYE-Catcher and I guarantee the new owner will get compliments and looks everywhere they go. The only reason for selling is I have recently moved and have a new job and simply have no time to drive it anymore! It is way too nice to let it sit, so it is time for a new home. Now for all the details: This truck came to Kansas from Texas, so it is a Rust-free rare find. It has no rust places anywhere and none that I can see are developing. None in the bed anywhere and none in the fenders, as the flares are new since I got the truck 2 years ago. The frame is also in great shape and has no repairs or voids anywhere! When I got the truck, I put brand new wheels, bumpers, lower front bumper valance, lenses, grill, headlights, headlight surrounds, side marker lights, bug-shield, ventvisors, bed mat, bed caps and so forth to make it look great. Lenses where faded and some were cracked, so I just replaced them to make them look new again. The bumpers had some decay and rot so I replaced with OEM Toyota bumpers that have been redesigned to prevent the notorious Toyota bumper rot, which all Toyota fans know what I am talking about here. A receiver hitch was also added to pull a small lawn mower trailer or my jet ski. The truck has the 4-flat connection as well so it is ready to go. The interior is in good shape, as you can see in the photos. It has the nicer dash with the tachometer, speedometer and all the heat and oil pressure and charging read-outs. The truck has cold AC and the heat will absolutely run you out (works great!). Delay wipers work fine as well as all the gauges and readouts. Truck also has cruise control. The dash has No cracks and is not faded. Locks and windows are manual and work as they should with No issues. The Stereo is all Pioneer with a CD Player with IPod connection and remote control. And the speakers are pioneer as well. Only flaws are a small crack in seat side (bottom) on the driver’s side, and a small tear in door panel on interior (inside) of the driver’s door panel towards the bottom about the size of a dime. All the glass is good and is not cracked or broken, just some scuffs in the glass here and there. Nothing major at all, I just wanted to let you know all I see. Overall the interior is in great shape and nothing is missing or hacked up like I have seen in many Toyotas. Clean and ready to go! Also it is a NO SMOKING vehicle, so no foul odors. The exterior is in superior shape. Just look at the photos and see for yourself. It is beautiful. What you see in the photos is exactly what you will see. Not perfect, but close. A great looking truck that would make any Toyota Fan proud to own for sure! The truck runs down the road very smoothly for a bigger Toyota and handles really well. The Super-lift 4” suspension lift functions great and the shocks really provide a smooth but tight ride for the truck. This is a superior lift and it provides plenty or clearance for the 15x10 high polished aluminum wheels and the 33/12.50/15 BFG Mud Terrains. NO cheap body lift here! Brakes function very well! It drives straight and true and is really tight. No road wondering at all! The motor runs great and does not leak or burn any fluids. Motor is completely stock and oil has bee changed every 2500 to 3000 miles. Only things ever done to the motor is standard tune-ups, and timing chain was replaced at 130,000 miles by Toyota, so the new owner should have nothing to worry about! The motor is completely stock and has NOT been modified in any way. K&N air filter is it! Transmission shifts great and is tight as well. No Slop and No grinding at all, and No jumping out of gear. Transfer Case functions great as well with No issues. Warn front locking hubs engage with ease and work as they should. The clutch is a Center-Force unit and is very good and smooth with no slipping at all. It functions great and has the original feel! The motor propels the truck down the road great thanks to the 4.88 ratio gears front and rear. This makes it feel as if the truck has stock sized tires on it. This is the perfect ratio for the truck and was designed to provide optimum performance for this size of tires. The Aussie locker in the rear works great and remains easy to turn as it dis-engages when turning corners and does not produce any barking of the tires like some lockers do. This is the top of the line locker for the Toyota pickups and it functions perfectly.
