Vehicle Detail

THIS VEHICLE HAS A CLEAR STATE OF GEORGIA ISSUED TITLE IN MY NAME, IN MY POSSESSION, with NO liens, NOT like E Bay says, "that it has a salvage title." I have a copy of the CLEAR Georgia Title as was ISSUED to the previous owner by the state of Georgia in November of 2003. IT DOES NOT HAVE A SALVAGE TITLE! NO RESERVE SO BID TO OWN IT! The car is red with red leather and a white top. The car was purchased from my bank. It was repossessed while it was at a detail shop and when I picked it up, the carpet was out of it, the driver's seat belt, the outer portion, could not be located nor could the knee protection panel which mounts below the steering column, out of sight. The only way I noticed it missing was the fact that the ALDL plug was hanging down. It is invisible when sitting in the car or when standing outside looking in. The body is good to excellent, it does have a few typical Corvette fiberglass cracks but these were all touched up during the above mentioned detail. The carpet is complete and is installed as best I can do so. I have replaced the driver's missing belt with a 4 point harness which matches the rest of the interior, (as a matter of fact, it looks really cool!) The car has the LT1 engine, the 6 speed manual transmission, power steering and brakes, power windows, power door locks, , tilt and cruise, an after market radio with CD player, power antenna, power driver's seat, power mirrors, ride and traction control, fuel and trip computer, low tire pressure warning system, ZR1 badges, automatic climate control R12 A/C system, factory CORRECT alloy wheels with locks and correct key, factory CORRECT exhaust outlets, factory CORRECT air cleaner. Spare tire has never been on the road and car comes with two complete sets of keys (standard door keys and chip ignition keys). I'm sure I am missing something that the car has but if you will ask, I will be glad to check, correct my over sight and get an additional picture to you of the item of your question. Please provide me with your Yahoo, Hotmail or whatever E Mail so I can send the requested pictures. The paint is a GOOD repaint, it needs some detail buffing in the area which is covered by the top when the top is up. The top is in excellent condition except for the fact that is is curling at the very bottom (see the picture). The plastic back window is VERY poorly glued in place and needs to be removed, cleaned up and re-stitched in place. The front tires are 60-70%, the rear tires are 30-40%. The car came with the PLASTIC (can you believe it????) brake booster which has the typical crack in the booster front case. This is causing a hard brake pedal and a slightly higher than normal idle. I understand that you can install a metal booster from an '84 Corvette with NO modification, thereby ending this problem once and for all. If you want to, prior to driving the car home, you can block off the vacume line to the booster and the idle problem/vacume leak will be fixed and you will have non-power brakes until you can change the booster. KNOWN items which do not work are the cruise, power door locks, passenger power seat, the analog engine temp gauge (the digital/bar graph one works properly), the LTPW system illuminates when it wants to and the R12 A/C system has had the R12 re-claimed and is currently vacumed down in prep for your conversion to R134a. The weather stripping over the windshield and around the side windows is bad, also. I have never driven the car in the rain so I don't know how badly, or if, these areas leak. I know most people don't get this far down in the weeds like this but I WON'T take ANY chance of E BAY kicking my listing off for some kind of ommission. Besides, I understand that you are buying an expensive and very complex car from afar and the MOST important thing to me is your confidence and LONG TERM satisfaction! I have a 101 rating, ALL POSITIVE, and I plan to keep it that way! Before you leave with the car, after it is fully paid for, you must leave feed back on our transaction to E BAY. I want to apologize to all of the folks who looked at this car earlier and expecially to the bidders! There was NO reason to pull the previous listing, as explained above. The detailed nature of this ad is in an effort to prevent E BAY's interferance with THIS ad!
