1979 Mercedes Benz W123 240D 2.4L Inline-4 Diesel Engine 119,346 Miles (Actual mileage) Clean Title in hand - No Lien's EDIT: This is a California car. I purchased the car from a gentleman in California and it has sat in my insulated garage since. Interior is in good shape, exterior is good for the year. Previous owner applied body filler to some spots and spot painted. Primarily above two door handles. This vehicle starts right up, has a new battery. When I say new I mean literally 3 days old. This Mercedes could use an overall tune up and possibly some new glow plugs. I have not driven the vehicle much. It does start up well and run without stalling. The only real issue the vehicle has is that the transmission has a small leak. One of the lines to/from the trans cooler has rotted and will need to be replaced. In order to drive the vehicle in its current condition, transmission fluid would need to be topped off every 10 miles or so. The transmission shifts perfectly. Other than the trans, it could use some minor body work (previously mentioned bondo/spot paint, small dent in rear passenger side trunk area). It is missing an antenna (it's broken off and in the trunk), missing the passenger side mirror, and the drivers window will need a new regulator, it has jammed up. I don't have the time to fix this guy up. I bought it as a project but I haven't had any time to work on it. I am a full-time student in addition to working full-time.
