HONDA 400 RANCHER 4X4 AUTO $3850 NO RESERVE Vehicle Description If you follow my auctions you know I have been selling used ATV's on Ebay for over 9 years and am an avid powersports enthusiast. I actually bought this Honda a couple of weeks ago (and typically sell items I buy every week) but kept it because I knew I was going on a ride in Steamboat Springs area and knew we needed another machine. This machine performed flawlessly and since it is slightly smaller than the new breed of "big bore" ATV's it felt right at home in the tight and twisty tree's along Hahns peak. We rode from 8,000 to 11,700 and it had far more than enough power and there were a couple of places that they guys on the 800's had to turn around (on a side hill in tight tree's) and the Rancher felt like it had a magnet glued underneath-it was ready to continue on! If you haven't kept up with the different models, Honda builds several versions of the Rancher and this is the 400cc model with the fully automatic transmission (and they are hydrostatic, unlike the belt drive from the other manufacturers) that also has an "ESP" mode that will allow you to manually shift it with a thumb shifter. It gets incredibly good fuel mileage (almost twice as good as the 500 Sportsman I was riding) and is bulletproof. They are just the right size so the whole family could ride it and with the proper maintenance should last forever. It would be a perfect machine for this falls hunting or to put a blade on to push snow (right around the corner) This one is the unique blue color that is my favorite color on the Rancher series machines. This particular one has just been serviced and is ready to ride. There are scuffs from running through brush, creek crossings and washing off mud. Not a "like new" machine but one that was well cared for and has tons of life left. I am listing this machine with a buy it now of only $3850 with NO RESERVE!
