This is a 1982 Goldwing Aspencade 1100CC. I purchased this bike three years ago from a private seller to try out the big touring bike and I can't seem to get away from the cruiser style I used to have. The bike is in fair condition. It does have signs of wear. The paint from what I have researched is most likely the original. It is faded slightly but not to bad over all. There is a crack that was repaired on the rear trunk and the left side cover has a wrinkle in it (see pictures). I rode this bike daily to work when the weather would cooperate. It runs good with a little smoke when started after setting for a few days. When it warms up it quits smoking. The choke knob is broke but functional (see pictures). The transmission is strong but third gear wines at higher rpms. It does not miss and goes into all five gears smoothly. There is a small oil leak towards the rear of the engine but not sure where from. It does not leak puddles but makes the frame and kickstand appear wet. Front brake is weak, not sure why. I never had the time or place to work on it to tweak every little thing but did have the oil changed yearly. It was not changed this year as I have not had the time. The radio worked when I put into storage last fall but now it comes on and will not change to FM. I never messed with the CB, Tape player, or intrercom system. The light bar in the picture goes with the bike but I removed it because it was draining the battery. I'm not an electrician so I removed it and solved the problem. It is currently PA inspected. The tires are good and i would not be afraid to take it on a long ride. Feel free to ask questions and I will do my best to answer them. I have set the reserve price low! I will require a $300 down payment as I have pulled this from local listings twice for people who were coming tommorow with the money and never showed up!
