This bike includes transferable 5 year FULL FACTORY Warranty, good through end of 2014. (buyer to contact Suzuki for transfer) Over $16K invested (before TT&L, or any labor costs for installs) with receipts. Compare to 2009 "Yoshi-King" (non ABS) MSRP was $13,990 Eur... Which translates to $17,643 US dollars !!! ... ABS option put it over $18K No 2009 BK's were imported to the US; So I bought this exhaust straight from Britain. When you see all the parts and bits that went into it, and the quality of the assemblies, it's little wonder that exhaust.... in limitted quantities, hiked the cost of the 2009 European custom up so high. The opening bid here is about par for a stock non-ABS --- non-Limitted B King. At this price, the rest is just icing if it suits your style. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This is the optional ABS model, approximately 100 sold in North America due to the higher cost ($13,499 MSRP) Recent sportbike results prove that the improved course times being ridden by veteran racers with ABS not only enhances safety, but track performance as well. This was my first ABS bike, and the bike I'll likely buy to replace it has ABS too (KTM 990 Adventure or similar KTM). I was skeptical at first but will never willingly ride without it again. It works I promise and truly makes the entire riding experience safer. Decisive stopping power I never knew was possible. Purchased new (one owner). Dealer serviced at 600 miles, and again after taking a trip to Houston, and to Tampa, which added 2400 miles to the odometer. 80% highway miles, within 2K of being broken in. Being in my late 40's, and recently retired, I decided dirt roads and camping are much more my speed. I tinkered with her more than I rode her, and implemented many upgrades suggested by members of BKing.org (European, Australian, Canadian B King riders share their experiences there, a must read if you are serious about getting it right the first time). This bike spent the spring season having its rear lights upgraded as follows; Clear Alternatives modulating brake light custom installed, with built in progressive amber turn signals. The sub-frame rubber isolaters for the tail peice, are intact thanks to a CNC fabricated tig welded assembly being produced, that is actually stronger & cleaner than OEM, sandblasted and painted to match the frame. It is precision fit to easily bolt in place for easy removal/service/replacement. The tail light is rock solid and easy to replace if ever damaged in a mis-hap. Two nuts and one plug.(see link to custom fabrications/videos on this bike below) Includes Hyperlites 3 way modulating 16 LED (per side) turn signals with running lights, governed by a German made solid state OEM profile LED compatible relay (plug-n-play). These Hyperlights were poly-mounted inside the OEM turn signal housings, then re-sealed to keep them maintenance free. (see "build" link below) Evo Tech "tail-tidy" with LED plate light and LED running/brake lights.(seen in tail light video below) Each individual light professionally wired with Superseal weather-proof connectors from Germany. (same as used by BMW) No jumbled wires anywhere. All connections are soldered, shrink wrapped, and sheathed as required. All rear terminals are housed in an easy access junction box to eliminate exposure to tire kick-ups. The mini-loom for the new lights plug into a Superseal adapter so the factory harness is 100% intact and fuse protected. Complete with detailed schematics to eliminate any confusion when you look under the seat. No hack job here. Exhaust From Great Britain; The Yoshimura Dual Tip Hybrid exhausts built for the 2009 (European Only) Factory "Yoshi-Edition" B King These have EPA sound rating, and removable baffles. Not available in the US through ANY dealer due to halted import. Paid over $2,200 USD for import. (current price to US is $2140... see link below) They are very rare and as far as I know this is one of, if not the ONLY US example. From EvoTech; Radiator guard-Black Oil Cooler Guard-Black Tail-Tidy (red lens included, clear lens installed) (see link below) Corbin Seat; Vincent Satani at Corbin hooked this B King up personally after my 2,400 mile trip on the stock seat. As you can see from the photos I put it on, but have never used it. I made the decision to switch bikes while the seat was on its way, so the new owner will get to break it in his/her self. The OEM seat is included, along with the passenger pillion (shown in photos) PLUS the fast-back for solo riding. The seat has the optional "Asphalt" side panels----"Carbon Fiber" Print Outer Panels-----"Snake Print" Center Panel. All genuine leather seating surfaces/panels Vista Universal Cruise/Throttle lock; Custom installed to automatically release when the front brake is lightly engaged, and can be applied with your index finger. Mounts between handlebar risers and top triple tree. Very stable, easily removed. Installed the same day as the new seat. No trips on it , like new. CRG Lane-Splitter Mirrors; These are glass 3" mirrors, with ALL replace-able components from CRG, Made in the USA. Completely vibration free and very clear (O-ring mounted glass not plastic) Mounted on billet CNC turned TITANIUM bar ends. Pazzo Fully Adjustable Race levers (Shorty); Titanium shade anodized. (OEM levers included in perfect condition) Independently adjustable, vast improvement over OEM Joe Satterwhite's Lowered Buell pegs; With custom titanium adapter sleeves (replaces the soft aluminum ones) Prevents knee bump on tank pods, without sacrificing lean angle. Garage kept. Hand washed, blown dry. Superb paint !! No synthetic oil has been used. (not broken in yet). No engine tampering/chips/tunes or dyno runs.
