1960 IMPALA 4DR. SPORT COUPE - NO RESERVE!! MATCHING NUMBERS, Power Steering, Power Brakes - 100% ORIGINAL !! NO RUST, OUT OF NEARLY 42 YEARS OF STORAGE. Car was parked in 1968! I purchased this car approximately 6 months ago with intention of using it for shows as an original unrestored car and weekend driver. At this time I have purchase another vehicle and have to make room or put it into storage, this car is to nice to spend another year in storage. The original paint has some fading in a few spots but only adds to its patina. All the stainless steel and chrome are in excellent condition. The interior is all original with the exception of new factory molded carpet. Even the original Radio works . The following is a list of work which I had done on this car to bring it up to its original running condition. I do have receipts on all the work that was done to this car which copies will go to the new owner upon sale. The following is a list of some of the work which was done to the drive train. Complete engine rebuild to include new pistons/rings- bore/hone (.030 over), crank ground-new rod/main bearings (.020 under), new stock cam, bearings and lifters, new oil pump, complete valve job with hardened exhaust seats for unleaded gas. All new gaskets and seals. All new original ignition system to include spark plugs, ignitions wires. New water pump, Original carburetor rebuilt w/tag, Original radiator re-core, Transmission seals replaced, Gas tank cleaned and sealed. All new brake wheel cylinders, to include masters cylinder. All new brake shoes and wheel bearings. New hoses and clamps, New Battery, New U-Joints, New correct white-wall tires. There was virtually nothing left out in restoring the drive-train. This car handles and drives as an original car should, no squeeks, rattles or noises. Car is sold as-is, no warranties or guaranties are implied. You will not be disappointed!!
