This is a 1994 Ford Explorer 4x4. I have owned it since 2002 and driven it less than 500 miles a month. The motor runs great. No problems with the engine at all. The major issue is that recently the overdrive transmission band broke and it doesn't automatically shift into overdrive. It will manually shift into gear, though. This vehicle has hail damage on the hood, roof and door trim, but the doors and fenders are fine. The windshield is cracked in two places. All pictures were taken recently, after hail damage occurred. It has practically new tires, a new battery, new transmission fluid and new headlight lamps (bright halogen). I have recently had the vehicle aligned. The oil has been changed regularly. I replaced the thermostat last year. It has a new JVC am/fm radio, CD player with aux jack for iPod or mp3 player. This vehicle has a clean title with no leins. We have taken this car on vacation three times to Colorado with no problems. The frame is solid, it doesn't overheat, so the head gasket is still good. I hate to sell it, but it's time. It would make a good 2nd car or fishing/hunting vehicle (it has a trailer hitch). All it needs is some light transmission work and I don't want to put the money into it. I would also make a good vehicle for someone needing a new engine, wheels, and major spare parts.
