I picked up this Miata as a project vehicle. I got it to run and it's been sitting since October. I have inspected the car and am listing below what is needed to make it Perfect. At this time, it needs the front and rear brake pads changed to pass inspection. Car is 100% drivable the way it is at this point. To make it perfect, it needs, IMO. - Replace fenders ( left fender is rusted, right fender has a hit damage on top by A pillar ) - Replace front bumper - Left front speaker missing - Fix hole in trunk left side with sheet metal and rivets ( no leaks in trunk but a fist size hole is there ) - Replace driver's door exterior molding ( molding is good, just need the yellow and white clips, $20 total ) - Replace CAS o-ring ( I have the O-ring if the buyer wants it ) - Replace valve cover gasket - Replace block to heater core hose by fender - Fix rust on both rear quarter panels in front of rear wheels ( see pictures ) - Replace power antenna mast - Replace driver's side windshield wiper arm - Get an alignment - Replace leather seat covers - Could use a good cleaning - Give it a new paint job Engine leak down test has been performed and the numbers are as follows. #1 – 98% #2 – 94% #3 – 88% - Intake valve leaking #4 – 70% - Exhaust valve leaking Any questions, please ask before bidding. Car is available for inspection and can be picked up and driven once auction ends. I will work with the buyer for short term storage if assistance is needed.
