Up for auction is a 1967 Ford Mustang with a rebuilt 302, automatic transmission and loaded with options. This a very clean classic that was painted about 9 months ago with a single stage paint and clear coat, and turns heads all over town. She sports a new interior, lots of new parts, and is a great daily driver! This is a Nevada car, and she is ROCK SOLID. The body of the car is very straight, and has it's original sheet metal also. There is NO RUST issues with this car at all!! The nice thing is she has Power DISC brakes up front, which are Kelsey and Hays 4 piston disc brakes, and A/C that blows nice and cold. The car is a very solid Daily Driver, and she does have some blemishes here and there that I will cover. The best thing about the car is NO RESERVE!! I believe this to be a very rare car, as it was a special order. If you decode the data tag most of it will not decode. I have documentation showing the car was originally sold in Las Vegas, Nevada in 1967 ENGINE / TRANS: The engine is a freshly rebuilt 302, that was bored .030 over, and has around 10,000 miles on her since it was installed. The motor was done right, replacing everything with new parts, not recondition stuff. There was a mild cam installed also. The heads recieved hardened valve seats to handle unleaded gas also. The motor was built to stock specs and she runs great! The motor has a Weiand Aluminum intake, with a Edelbrock 600 cfm carb on her. The carb has and electric choke also. Of course the engine doesn't leak any fluids, no smoking no knocking and runs just great! The car has single exhaust, with a straight pipe. The car also has Power Steering, and Power Disc Brakes too. In regards to the brakes up front, the car has 4 piston Kelsey and Hays disc brakes and she stops on a dime!! The motor has a new fuel pump, water pump, new valve covers, and the best thing is she has A/C!! The transmission is a smooth shifting C4 automatic that works just fine. She was rebuilt about 3 years ago, and I don't see any signs leaks on her either. The rear end is a Ford 9", with 3:23 gears in there. INTERIOR/ EXTERIOR: The interior has lots of new parts in there. The carpet is in good shape, the door panels are new, arm rests are good too. The headliner is good with no rips or tears. The seats are new with no rips or tears, they were just reupholstered. The windows all roll up and down just fine, and the glass is in ok shape. The windshield and all the windows still have the Carlite markings on them. The dash bezel is in ok shape at best with a few pieces that have cracked and fell off. The dash pad is good, it's an aftermarket one that fits so-so( not completely installed).. but it's in very good shape. The gauges all work just fine in the car. The lights all work on the car, blinkers work fine, but the horn does not work. The weather stripping is dry and hard, as it could be changed. The radio is not hooked up, and is more for show, as the console has never been cut! The console is not cracked but, shows it's age with normal wear. The exterior was painted about 9 months ago and shows well. The paint was a single stage paint job with a clear coat. There are a few small chips and blemishes as she is a driver. The car has 3 brand new tires, and one that is in decent shape. The rims are Outlaw style rims, and they are in decent shape for being about 4-5 years old.The chrome overall is in good shape. With new front and rear bumpers. The body lines are very good all the way around the car, and the body is very solid. There are NO RUST issues at all.. the trunk is solid, the torque boxes are solid, the shock towers are solid, and the floor pans look fine also. INFO: The car is a very, very nice daily driver type car. The car is NOT perfect, but it’s 43 years old also. Please know this before bidding.
