My parents old car. Selling for my sister. Good old 1980 Buick Skylark 4-door 173600 miles on original 6-cylinder motor Good parts car, drive home. Runs good at highway speed, but engine kills when stopping for stop sign or slowing down for a turn. Backfires when first starts. I drove it 100 miles last Friday at 55-65 mph. no problem at highway speed but engine dies at stop sign, it does start right up again. My sister does not want to spend anymore money on it and does not trust it anymore since the engine quits at stop signs. I think it might have a valve out and a vacuum leak. She has a different work car now so time to sell it to someone that has use for it. Good parts car, good grill and taillights. dent in driver side front fender. paints really faided. some rust.
