1967 BMW R69S, beautiful bike, restored. Its a classic ready to ride. Bike war repainted with Dupont Imron and hand pin striped. Babied all the time and garaged at all times. This bike is immaculate, look at the photos. Has a Pagusa solo seat, and aftermarket fairing. Have stock double saddle (reconditioned) that will go with bike. Original BMW tool kit included. The fairing had damage on right side near brake lever, and small crack in paint by mounting bracket. I took photos of both, crack is hard to see. Have service records from 1981 to now. Mileage in '81 was 29,672. If you want to make it stock, remove the faring and add low rise bars, ready to go. The motor does not drip oil and purrs like a kitten. Always starts on the first kick. This bike took 2nd place in 1986 Laguna Seca National Rally for "Best Classic". Was second to a bike that was transported to meet in a truck! On Jul-02-10 at 07:52:46 PDT, seller added the following information: Found the stock saddle, it has been refurbished. The stock bars (unrestored) and original tool kit are included. I have added a photo of all three of these items. Motor was rebuilt at 20,272. Not that it was needed then, just because the whole bike was restored at that time. Was stripped to bare frame and its all been redone. Looks better than factory.
