Here is a Rare Vehicle, as only 1528 were made. I found this outside a barn in the field. I bought it and put it in the garage and have decided I don't know where to begin on restoring it nor do I have the money. There is a lot of rust on the underside and all metal underneath has rust. The body is in good shape with a couple of dents. None of the tires hold air. It has a deluxe windshield washer, no bag. It has 3 screen frames with no screens which was used in the camper delux model. Comes with 3 seats total that need to be re done. The engine is a flat 6 and it does turn by hand. 4 speed transmission. I was told it was last running 10 years ago. Has 6 doors. The chevrolet emblem that goes on the front is laying on the floor board and is in good condition. Some mice were found in the engine compartment so don't know what they have chewed on. I have the title but it has not been transferred because the guy who had it last was going to use it for parts. I have not signed the title either. The van will have to be hauled off on a trailer. If this does not sell it will be taken to the scrap pile. Please save this Rare Corvair.
