Up for sale is a 1992 Subaru SVX LS-L AWD with 130,601 miles This car is sold as a project or parts car and not to be driven away. This will be the right purchase if you are looking for an engine, transmission or any other power train item. I am selling this car because it is currently being stored and was kept covered at my workplace in Connecticut. My company is moving to Massachusetts and I don’t have place to park the car after the move. 4 years ago I purchased a Subaru SVX which I am still driving on a daily bases today, the SVX for sale in this auction was purchased around the same time as a donor car (to supply all the future needed parts) and I barley used any parts from it, most of the parts which came with the car are still in the car. If you are interested to buy the car because of a need for a specific part please ask first before biding to make sure the part you need is in the car! Car condition: I purchased this car from a person in NY after he had a swift meeting with a center divider and the result of the damage in that accident are to the complete driver side of the car, therefore the car is missing the front driver side fender, with all of this said the car still has a clear New York title. The car use to start right up and run (start and drive) until this winter at the beginning of 2010 (until a few months ago). After investigating the problem I found that the cause for the engine not to start is because I didn’t have fuel pressure , this is because the fuel pump failed and needed to be replaced (in order to get the engine up and running). Please be advised that on the car exterior there are several spots of minor and major body damage and some minor paint scratches and cracks, some of the minor scratches and dents may not be visible clearly in the pictures. From what I see and know about this car it’s missing the following parts: all exhaust parts, front head light, one of the front turning lights, alternator, power steering pump, main serpentine belt drive pulley, climate control, radio/tape/CD player, side mirror, power antenna, and some other parts which I forgot to specify (Please review the pictures). The car is sold AS IS without the trunk lid, rear spoiler or battery (which is appearing in the pictures). Review the pictures, ask questions and only then place your bid.
