This auction is for a beautiful 1992 chevy camaro z28 convertible. Many tastefully done modifications however the engine trans and rear still all have matching numbers. I bought the car wrecked in 97 and made repairs. since then its been garage kept. the engine has just been completely rebuilt approx 2000 miles ago. estimated hp is 265. trans was just rebuilt. rear gears were changed to 3.42. While 90% of the car is original, some of the mods made include, 1le instrument cluster, the odometer reads 140,000, rear disc brakes, aluminum driveshaft and spare tire, 16" aluminum gta wheels, heritage package. Other mods include 4point roll bar, frame connectors, driveshaft loop, 3" exhaust, headers, nitrous, aluminum underpully kit, msd digital 6, line lock and so on. This last year of the 3rd gen was 1 of 1255 made. The mods were done to resemble a prototype special edition which never was completed. Aside from being a beautifully clean car worthy of any car show, it displays tremendous performance for a stock vehicle of its year. And with a 100 shot of nitrous I call it the "mustang killer" Runs low 12's w/drag radials. This car is very fun to drive. Its handles well, has a very sound and smooth ride.
