Vehicle Detail

Hello!!! before i go on PLEASE call or email with ANY questions. Matthew Rollheiser 720-272-4965 mr67gto@comcast.net Denver CO I have a 67 Goat for sale, needs a little TLC but still turns heads. ill go over what i would do first, then i cover some of the good stuff. First off, i purchased the car in wisconsin in 1982. the front was pretty solid the rear quarters were pretty rusty as was was the trunk pan. there is alot of bondo in the rear quarters. However as you probaby know their making practicly everything for these cars now, i would replace the rear quarters and the inner and outer wheel wells it has patched and POR15 treated floor pans with lots of Dynamat i replaced the trunk pan, and used sealant around any rusted areas around inner wheel wells and lots more dynamat over sprayed sound insulation. id probly rechrome or replace bumpers, the front has minor bends on bottom, rear has some chrome paint to mask worn chrome. turn switch has worn out click stops ( you have to hold it up or down but ill include a brand new one never used (and some poly bushings and extra water pump) The engine is out of a 1968 GTO it has the same YS Block code but #16 Heads it was rebuilt about 70,000 miles ago with aprox 8:1 Compresion so you can run cheap gas all day long. It has a Hood tach with a working Ram Air pan. It has hardened valve guides and seats for unleaded gas. i used an Erson TQ20 Cam 4:49 lift 292 Dur in and out, has broad torque curve, Edelbrock Performer intake, 600 CFM Performer Carb. it has MSD AL6 Multi spark ignition MSD pro billet distributor (no more points to adjust) with adjustable Timing Module. you can adjust from dash. i run 15 degrees BTDC i can back off timing to help with hot starts and advance it for better milage on the highway. Hooker headers (they dont seal very well but ive heard good things about dead soft aluminum gaskets) into 2 1/2" pipe with crossover into Flowmaster Delta series mufflers (50s i think). The tranmision has a cooler on the rad. Its a new (about 7000 mi) TCI street Fighter with firm shifts paired with a B/M 2800 Stall Converter, it has a B/M Quicksilver shifter Its starting to show its age but god, i love that shifter. has a custom made driveshaft in into a Auburn Pro series Carrier with 3.55 Gears. it has 4 KYB gas charged shocks. I added a rear Sway bar with poly bushings on the boxed arms. (boy did that help) it has new rear springs with 2" added hight. poly bushings on the front sway as well. The interior is fair to good. the rear seat has new vinyl (no rear seatbelts) their is a cutout and grill on seat for free air 12" sub in trunk (see pic) passenger seat is good, driver seat has a couple small tears and some pot marks from some hail before i got the window up. carpet is good overall with a wear mark from drivers heel. If your into good sound it has a Alpine CD Mp3 head unit a sony active crossover in glove box, a bridged amp in trunk for Cerwin Vega 12" sub, Kenwood 4 Channel Amp for Polk 6x9 3-ways in rear deck, 6 1/2 Cerwin Vega (Seperate woofer and tweeters) in front doors, Fantastic detail yet can still get on its hind legs and roar. Im kind of a security nut so i put in a Viper alarm with 2 Stage motion sensor and a 2 Stage shock sensor with 3 Sirens, (2 under hood 1 in cab. i added a delay so you still get a quiet on off chirp but after a few seconds all the sirens kick in. it has seen a couple of winters since its paint job in 2005 so it has a few dings chips and scratches Again it has a LOT of bondo in the back and its starting to crack in places, i really would go with new 1/4s. front tires are new rear tires are fair. i will include a couple pictures at the end so you can see its potential and what it looked like in 2005 the first shown pics are current if you looking for an accurate resto this probly isnt the car for you, if you want to feel 17 again and get pinned in the seat when you step on it, please bid. again call with any questions or requests or if you want to see it before you bid so we can hook up. im sure i forgot a lot, so please call or email. Thanks for looking.
