Compressed Natural Gas or CNG, is one of nature's best untapped energy sources. Unlike fossil fuels, it is constantly produced by the earth and can also me synthesized through chemical processes. It is one of the fastest growing alternative fuel sources and unlike biodiesel and ethanol (E85), is a viable replacement for petroleum. Within the next 10 years 90% of gov't fleets will be CNG and civilian population will follow over the next 20 yrs. Condition Drivetrain Engine starts right up and runs strong as you would expect with only 72k miles. No leaks (see pic), no engine knocks, and no smoking. Transmissions shifts into and through all gears smoothly as it should. Has proper acceleration and cruises nicely on the highway. These engines will easily last 300K+ miles with proper maintenance. Exterior Paint has all of its factory shine and glistens in the sun as you can see. Body is in good condition. No major dents. There are some rust spots, two noticeable ones in particular (see pic). Other than that the body is very straight. This is not showroom mint, but a very decent specimen for being a fleet vehicle. Interior Overall fair condition. Seats are both torn (see pic). Dashboard is not cracked or discolored. Interior is a little dirty as you can see as it has not been detailed. A/C blows ice cold. Wheels and Tires · Tires have about 70%+ tread remaining. CNG System CNG system works. I have filled up the tank. Starts up and runs on CNG. Manufacturer certified until 07/2014. I do advise that long distance buyers use a transport service to move vehicle rather than drive due to the availability of CNG stations in some states and the sheer cost involved in driving cross country. As I recommend to all my customers, you should have your mechanic look over any newly purchased vehicle before extensive use. I have tried to list as many details about this vehicle as I can, including known defects. There may be deficiencies that I am not aware of so buyers are encouraged to inspect in person.
