Candy Scorpio Red ’86 Honda Shadow VT500C – Very clean, runs great This is a great bike. I really don’t want to get rid of it, but I just got a new bike and don’t have the space, or money to hang on to two bikes. Basically, I can only ride one at a time. If you are looking for a starter bike or a seasonal bike and you don’t want to spend a lot of money, this is the bike for you. The exact same bike just sold for $1550. It has a brand new rear tire, air filter, spark plugs and bushings in the rear suspension. It is liquid-cooled as you can see in the pictures. Defects: 2 small dents in the tank unless I can get them out before you pick up the bike. There is also a rip under the seat. You can't see it unless you get really low because of where it is. I didn't even notice it until I was getting the bike ready to sell. Feel free to e-mail me if you want to set up a time to come and see the bike. It has 23,576 miles at the time of posting, but it may be a few more than that at final sale. I will do my best to keep it low, but this is currently my primary transportation. $250 deposit due within 48 hrs of sale via PayPal. Remainder due at pickup. We can discuss the details of when you can pick it up. I am also available to deliver the bike for $1 per mile to a reasonable distance. I'm also open to offers that include delivery. I would say the max delivery distance is 500 miles. We could meet halfway if you live further than that. If you are interested in having it shipped, I am willing to discuss this option as long as you run point. It also comes with the Clymer manual and a helmet if you want it.
