My starting bid is my only reserve. I have a really good looking 1993 Cadillac Eldorado. I bought this with a bad tranny.It had only second gear and park. I replaced it with a used tranny.Stupid me never checked the codes before removing the trans.The replacement tranny has two codes a force drive motor code and trans temp sensor and the traction control is always disabled.It seems to take off in second gear but from what I understand thats because that is what the traction disable will make it do and it wont shift to 4th. I think the car might have had these codes before and killed the original trans but I will never know for sure now. I can't afford to keep playing with this car as much as I would like to and it is way to nice to part out. The Northstar 4.6 engine runs awesome. It has a ton of power.I also own a 00 northstar and I think the 93 has more performance.It has aftermarket mufflers that give it a nice throaty sound.No rust on this car at all.The original hood was severely dented and the grill was missing so I replaced it with a hood and grill from a 94. The color is only a shade off but the grill is broken. Still all there but you have to be careful opening the hood because the grill looks fine but weak. There is also a part of the front bumper missing some of the chrome molding and cracked. That front bumper seems to be a common issue for Eldorado owners. Interior is also nice with some common driver seat wear. Moon roof doesn't work.This car is loaded with options I know are rare for a 93 like dual airbags,CD and casette bose system.This is the first year the infamous Northstar was used in the Eldorado.Sure to be a collectors piece for the true Cadillac enthusiast.
