1953 Ford Sunliner convertible parts only. I attempted to sell the following earlier, without success ("You are bidding on the following: Four years ago I purchased this car in Colorado. It had extensive lower rust, but not affecting the convertible parts, or frame. The upper body was good including the convertible specific parts. Not being a body welder in order to patch panel the convertible, I purchased a complete 1953 Ford fordor with V8 and automatic as a parts car--this vehicle is good enough to restore, but would cost the same as the convertible. I then found and purchased a prepped and rust-free 1954 Ford Crestline tudor hardtop as a donor body--this body could also be easily restored to its original HT condition. I have the parts to complete the restoration, including some NOS and rechromed garnish. None of these vehicles have titles--you will be given a bill of sale only. I am in car overloaded mode and need to reduce my coral to a manageable level"). I am now selling these items individually. This sale is for a 1953 Ford Sunliner rear half with all the convertible parts attached: top frame--not rusted out, motor, ratchets, windows, rear tack, frame, short block and automatic transmission. All the basic parts to make a 1952, 1953, or 1954 restoration.
