2001 Toyota Echo, Indigo Ink Pearl exterior/Warm Gray interior, 4-door, FWD, 4-Cyl, 1.5 liter, automatic transmission, 151,075 miles. A/C, power steering, heat, dual airbags. Damage to the front end of the car but in good running condition. Gets 38 mpg on the highway, 32 around town. This car was purchased in Virginina less then a year ago. Drove it to Michigan using it all this past year and then drove it 1000 miles to Louisiana with no problems. This car runs good, with just some minor issues and, as seen in the photos, with a missing bumper. This car runs good except for a squeaking belt then ceases to squeak after the car runs for awhile. Sometimes when stopped at a light it may squeak but can be avoided most of the time while temporarily turning off the fan for the AC or heat, which both work great. No real problems although the engine light is on sometimes. Even if nothing is done with this car, it is very dependable and has been driven thousands of miles the last few months with no issues at all. Needs a bumper and have not fixed the squeaky belt because I was told I should redo the bumper first or it may have to keep being done. All lights work, flashers, headlights and dome light. The oil has been changed but other general maintence issues may be required and kept up to date. This little car has been across the country and back with no major issues. Would make a great first car for a teenager, just needs a little body work! Estimated BlueBook value of $1200-$1400. Got oil change today and serviced, 06/03/2010, pictures include engine light on and engine light off. Service guy turned light off and said "catalyst efficiency below threshold Bank 1, possibly O2 sensor" but not really sure. See picture. Engine light currently off. Should be looked at but car runs good. Email for any questions.
