1999 LEXUS LX 470 GRAY, with GRAY LEATHER interior. For sale, great driving 1999 LX 470 Lexus. We currently own more vehicles than we need, have two college tuition bills and a third shortly. Time to sell something so a few of our vehicles are listed here! I purchased this vehicle approximately three years ago. It is stock with a matching set of Michelin 275 75 16 about half use still remaining, all the typical service performed either at the Lexus Dealership, the local Toyota Dealership or a local NAPA Service Center (most records available, included timing belt change). All oil changes were NAPA Gold. I've been driving it to/from Chapel Hill, Florence SC previously, and its a great SUV to drive, lots of long distance commute miles. Anyway, here it is. $500 due within 72 hours of close of the auction. Cash due at time of pick up, or sent prior to pickup either by wiretransfer, or postal money orders. Currently licensed in North Carolina and inspected through 3/2011. I have the original owners manual to include the original window sticker from this vehicle, and most of the maintenance records since I purchased the car. Engine runs great, autotransmission shifts nice and smooth, no hestitation, great performance. I have occasionally pulled a flat trailer with it to move items/back forth from a house we have in SC and another in NC but no heavy duty towing. The hitch on it is a 1 7/8 and it is wired for trailering a vehicle, stock Lexus kit. The interior is nice. Power seats, heated both driver/passenger, memory package, climate control system, AC blows COLD! power sunroof, great comfort. Lots of cupholders, rear AC/Heat control, third row seating, leather is intact and while slight wear is noted on the drivers seat, none on the passenger or back seats. Factory music is great, Mark Livingston 6 CD in dash changer, again, simply a great SUV. Beautiful truck. Gray paint, gray leather interior. I have two remote keys, the remote/alarm system works although both keys need battery changes. There are no dents but a few small scratches, front bumper, both rear cornercaps on the rear bumper, and a scratch on the rear quarter, I've tried to photo them but they are small nothing significant but they are there and full disclosure, need to be sure I have said something about it. It drives fine and is being driven now, so the miles may be slightly higher in the week this auction takes place but we took these pictures today 5/29/2010 so the miles won't vary by more than a hundred or so. On May-30-10 at 20:04:02 PDT, seller added the following information: Wanted to add a couple of details regarding the SUV. It has a ride leveling system that can be manually engaged to raise the vehicle 2 inches above center level or lower it 2 inches, (range 4 inches) to help in tight parking decks or to help people who have trouble getting into tall vehicles, some assistance. The seating has a memory system that includes positioning, steering wheel movement, in/out, up/down, based on what you want, and mirrors. Set it and forget it. So, if someone, say your spouse gets in and changes all your settings, all you need to do is activate the memory and it resets to what you had. Also, there is a built in garage door programable remote in the overhead console. No more remembering where the remote is to get in the garage. One other point, the radio antenna seems to have trouble at times, retracting, generally will go up, don't always go down. Occasionally needs someone to place some pressure on the top of it for it to go down. Generally not a problem but wanted to be sure I have discussed it.
