Up for auction is a 1954 Chevy Ratrod/Hotrod pickup. This truck has been gone thru front to back. The front suspension is Mustang with all new bearings, seals, bushings, tie rods and new steering rack, everything is new. The brakes are new 11” rotors with new GM metric calipers. It has new Carrera adjustable coilover shocks on the front and it sits low. The rearend is a 10 bolt Chevy that is converted to disk brakes with new GM metric calipers and new pads. The engine is a stock 350 with new heads and a Edelbrock carb and intake. All new exhaust that exits thru the rear fenders in front of the rear tires, and it sounds good! The tranny is a rebuilt 350 turbo that shifts great. The truck has all new floorpans and cab braces and all the lower front cab corners have been replaced with new metal. New smooth firewall and all the new metal has been sprayed with bedliner top and bottom. New fuel tank mounted under the bed between the frame rails. Battery mounted under bed floor also. Interior has low bucket seats and the dash and doors have been painted. New engine turned aluminum dash panel installed with all new Stewart Warner gauges. The wheels are old American Racing “daisy wheels” 15X7’s in front and 15X8’s in rear with Chevy wheel pattern. Nearly new tires. Tailights are 50 Pontiac that are grafted in the rear fenders. All new wiring done very clean with a Mr. Roadster harness. I have been driving this truck everyday and it runs and drives great, goes down the road nice and rides good. This thing draws a crowd, it sits right and sounds good. All the hard work is done on this one. Very straight body that would be easy to get in paint or keep the brutal look and drive it like it is.
