If the vehicle sale price is under $10,000 a flat $500 will be required as the deposit. There is also a $99.00 documentation fee that is to be submitted at the time of payment of deposit. Buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within three (3) business days of the close of the auction or acceptance of offer. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. We reserve the right to re-list or otherwise sell the vehicle to another party in the event of failure to comply with this policy.
