I am an out-of-state buyer. Do I pay Alabama sales tax?
No, you pay sales tax in your home state; you only owe us for the price of the car, doc fee, and any other accessories you purchase.
I am an out of state buyer, and I want to fly in and pick up my car. How does the process work?
Very simply, we must have a deposit on your vehicle to hold the car. We will arrange for airport pickup at the Birmingham International Airport, and we will transport you to our location. We would be happy to help you out with a plane ticket. We suggest visiting www.Southwest.com (Southwest Airlines). I do not have time to fly into Birmingham, AL. I would like my vehicle shipped to me. How does this process work?
Very simply, after receiving FULL PAYMENT and after you have signed all of the necessary documents pertaining to your purchase, we will release the vehicle to a shipping co. The shipping company will transport your vehicle to your destination. Most of the time the vehicle will take 7 to 14 days to arrive, depending on where you are located. The shipping company is insured, and this will provide some protection while the vehicle is being transported to you. We recommend you insure your vehicle before shipment. The vehicle will be inspected prior to pickup by the shipping company. Please inspect the vehicle at delivery for discrepancies. Do you take trade-ins?
Yes, we do. We give wholesale or trade-in value on your vehicle. There is a good chance you might get more selling it yourself, but with that comes headache and uncertainty. We will be as fair as we can be.
What form of Cash Payments do you accept?
We do not accept credit cards payments for full payment. We do accept bank wire transfers, certified or cashiers checks, and HSBC EbayMotors financing checks. Please call for approval on any other checks from your bank.

Please remember that you are buying a used vehicle. This means there will be normal wear and tear associated with the vehicle's age, including but not limited to the following issues: scratches, rock chips, wheel scuffs, painted bumpers, previous paintwork, dings, required maintenance, normal wear of leather seats and steering wheel leather, carpet (within reason), wear and tear on door handles, etc. We try very hard to describe these discrepancies but do not always catch them. So please ask us to do a "walk around" the car for you to thoroughly describe anything that might be of high concern to you.
Also, we do not guarantee extra keys, floor mats, owner's manuals, etc. We try and list what each car comes with in regard to this. If we do not have it listed, please ask...do not assume.
TITLES:
THE MAJORITY OF MY VEHICLES ARE NEW CAR TRADE-INS. IT TAKES 3-4 WEEKS TO GET A TITLE,NOT ALWAYS BUT SOMETIMES. THE NEW CAR STORES HAVE TO PAY THE LIENS OFF BEFORE THEY SEND ME THE TITLES. WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS SINCE 2002. EVERYONE WE HAVE SOLD TO HAS RECEIVED THEIR TITLE. IT JUST TAKES A WHILE SOMETIMES.IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO WAIT FOR THE TITLE PLEASE DO NOT BID ON OUR VEHICLES.
Deposit
We require a $1000.00 deposit to hold the vehicle of your choice. This is a non-refundable deposit unless the vehicle is grossly misrepresented. We are pretty easy to work with. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 3 business days. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Acceptable Payment Methods for Deposit include credit cards, Paypal and cash in person. Credit cards will be accepted for deposit or payment for an extended warranty only. No amount over $1000 will be accepted on credit card.
