I HAVE OWNED THIS OLD TRUCK FOR 5 YEARS. I DROVE IT ONCE A MONTH TO THE DUMP. IT HAS 65000 ORIGINAL MILES AND RUNS VERY WELL.(STARTS RIGHT UP AFTER SITTING EACH MONTH) I REPLACED THE STAKE SIDES WITH THE NEW COMPOSITE DECK WOOD AND IT IS HOLDING UP MUCH BETTER THAN REGULAR WOOD. I PUT $4K IN REPAIRS A COUPLE OF YEARS BACK ON THE BRAKES , EXHAUST AND OTHER DRIVETRAIN COMPONENTS. IT HAS THE 292 V8 Y-BLOCK THAT WAS FAMOUS IN THE THUNDERBIRDS OF THE 50s. THIS TRUCK IS VERY COOL AND GETS A LOT OF LOOKS AND QUESTIONS WHEN DRIVEN. VERY LITTLE RUST @ CAB CORNERS,EASY FIX. COULD USE BETTER PAINT JOB FOR SHOW QUALITY OR LEAVE AS IS FOR DAILY DRIVER
