This 1996 Suzuki DR 350 S is in excellent running condition. I ride it to work a couple times a week at this point, 20 miles each way. I got it two years ago when gas prices hit 4 bucks a gallon, but I was not working at the time, and used it for running errands and such. I had new brakes (ft.+ rear)., shifter lever, grips, mirror, clutch cable, front tire (30/70 off/on ) installed all w/in 2k mi. of my use. Rear tire is a Kenda, with about 50% wear in the center due to street use, sides are nearly new. I did ride off road from time to time, and bike goes great in woods, dependable and plenty of torque. I came to realize that I am too heavy, (330#) and ride more on road, and do not need a dual sport at this point. Everything works on this bike except tach light. I replaced the headlight bulb, and the rear directional lights. (Rear lights are from an 81 TS 250) I got them from a friend, and they are flexible and nice and bright. Stop/tail lamp is a parts unlimited unit and nicely wired, w/ heat wrap ends. The chain and sprockets are in good shape, correct tension, no side wear, and plenty of adjustment left for stretch. I always used quality PJ1 Black Label lube every couple rides. I also just installed a fresh 100$ battery from NAPA. I have the box, and receipt. In addition, the engine oil and filter were just changed (Amsoil 10-40 synthetic + a Vesrah Lemans filter) earlier this month. Bike also comes with an extra brand new Maier replacement panel for the right side that matches left one. (Left side was missing when I acquired machine, 200$ for set from Dennis Kirk..) I have had lots of fun with this machine, but need to think about a street bike at this point. Bike is electric start only. Bike is Mass. compliant and registered, insured. (Ride it home.) Clean Mass. title No problems ever Bike is turn-key Pick-up is winning bidders responsibility unless other arrangements are agreed upon I think I am the third owner, Bike came from NH and says so on my title. Winning bidder must provide a 250$ non-refundable deposit within 72 hrs. Balance due when bike is picked up Pay pal fees are too high, sorry. I put 2200 trouble free miles on this machine, and just want to find a good home for it. I have always garaged it, but it has some fading on the seat.
