Listing this for my boyfriend: This car is in nearly original condition. It's had the same owner and been in the same garage for the last 20+ years. We've changed out the engine and put in a 327 Corvette engine and we've also dropped out the gas tank in preparation for a new one. With my dad and I now living in different states it's time to sell it to someone who has the time to restore it to the beauty it once was. The car is midnight blue with silver two-tone. There are some incidental superficial spots of rust located mainly on the back bumper but this is one solid car and frame. This '57 will be a dream when it's fully restored. A $500 non-refundable deposit will be due immediately after the auction closes. If for any reason you decide not to complete the sale the deposit will not be returned under any circumstances. Paypal will be accepted for the deposit but if you wish to make the final payment through Paypal you, as the buyer, will be responsible for the fee assessed by Paypal, which is 2.9% of the final payment. Since we've dropped out the gas tank we just feed it off of a gas can the one or two times a year we fire it up.
