Ballast 800 lbs (400 lb swing keel/400 fixed keel) Sail Area: Main Sail 79 sq. ft. plus 114 sq. ft. Genoa total sail area: 193 sq. ft. Mast Ht: 25'8" Needs some work...planned on refinishing the teak...some hardware and teak has been removed. Small hole at rear below water line that needs patching (approx. the size of a nickel....max. a quarter) If you are not handy or affraid to get a little dirty this is not the boat for you...for someone willing and able to give her some TLC Currently located near 111th & Kedzie, Chicago, IL 60655 Great boat/daysailer...I sailed it for past 2 seasons...huge cockpit (10'6") for a boat of this size
