I am an auto wholesaler that purchases cars traded into franchise dealers and I sell them through local auctions for other dealers to buy. I have a retail lot in a city outside of St. Louis, but most cars retailed there are under $5,000. I purchased this BMW through a local Chrysler dealer. The previous owner traded it in for a Grand Cherokee for his daughter. I purchased it with about 61,000 miles and have enjoyed it so much I am comfortable listing it on Ebay. It has just passed the Missouri safety and emissions inspections. It drives great! There is no brake pulsation and it drives straight as an arrow. The only two issues I know of is a scratch on the rear bumper that has been touched up and can be seen in the photo. This was as the result of a minor fender bender. I didn't want to repair it so you can see how minor the damage is. The second is there is a crackling noise that comes out of the two speakers in the front passenger door. They are not blown and the crackling happens periodically whether the car is running or not. I put 1500 miles on this car before it started so I'm not sure if its my operator error or if there is a loose wire in the speaker. The tires pass inspection but will probably need replacing in the next year or so. The car has never had any paint work. I would be willing to have the bumper repaired at cost. The black plastic kick panels where you enter and exit the vehile are starting to show some wear as can be seen in the pictures below. The seats and carpets are clean and stain free. There are no tears or holes. A few other options not listed are: Navigation, heated and air conditioned seats, seat message, power window screen, sunroof, power trunk lid, cd changer, 18 inch wheels, I have two keys and a valet key, all owners manuals, and some warranty repair slips. NADA average retail on this car $25,875 and my reserve is very low. I would be willing to deliver the car locally if anyone wants a seperate inspection performed. You need to make the arrangements and pay any expenses directly to the inspection station. This also must be completed prior to the end of the auction and prior to your bid. A $500.00 deposit is required through paypal within 48 hours of end of sale. The remainder I would like through a wire transfer after you have seen the car or good old cash. I hold a clear Missouri title and will not release this car untill all funds have cleared my bank.
