1976 Triumph Spitfire - This is my dads car who has passed away and I'm selling for my mom.This was his" fun car" for his hobbies,he was a Mechanic for his working career.The odometer reads 47,853. And the car has a completely overhauled engine and runs great,it has less than 1000 miles on it since he overhauled it.The vin # is FM47376U and mom has a clear title.The overhaul included boaring ,new Pistons ,rings ,bearings ,gaskets ,belts ,plugs and wires ,dist.cap and componets ,Radiator was cleaned ,rebuilt starter and carb.,new clutch /pressure plate/throwout bearing/mastercylinder ,new waterpump and hoses.In addation to this he completely went through the brakes including a rebuilt mastercylinder.Just about everthing you can imagine in the engine comp. I am an auto body Tech, and painted the engine compartment when he had the engine out. Other new/rebuilt/repro/OEM parts installed: new gaskets under brake lights/side marker lights ,all new exhaust w/chrome tip ,New rear leaf spring ,new padded dash pad and solid walnut dash ,New tachometer ,new antenna ,repro door panels ,new outside and inside mirrors ,new wheels and tires ,new door and trunk weatherstripping ,repro brass dash plaque over glove box ,new drivers door check strap ,new trunk mat and spair tire cover ,new correct style full length carpet with drivers side heel pad.We also have the original tire changing tools and jack in trunk ,repro 81-page Spitfire 1500 glovebox handbook ,original 1976 Spitfire dealer,color brochure ,repro 525 page Workshop Manual. All lights,turn signals,horn,lighter,map light, hazard lights,etc.all work,Seatbelts work great. Needs: New shocks,could use paint but has no rust but still looks nice! Has a small hole in convertible. Vehicle is sold as is with no warranty. Buyer responsible for any shipping costs.
