For sale today one 1948 Ford F-3 ( saved from the scraper) This is a perfect truck to start any build with the frame and body is solid what little rust (other than surface) can be seen in the pics (also some rust holes in the floor board but all in all still solid enough to hold me (6'3" 320lbs) this has the original Straight 6 with a manual trans. (the motor is stuck, I pulled the plugs and shot some "deep creep" down the cylinders about a week ago and haven't done anything else since then. The starter does work(tryed to turn motor over when first picked it up) (everything else we have bought from the previous owner has started and ran with minimal work (batt, tires, carb clean/rebuild, gas tank cleaned) so I expect this engine will run to with a little more elbow greese. 3 extra wheels (split rims,,,,, I think are original are in the bed of the truck,) original keys are still in the ignition. (truck lived in north dakota until 1994 when it came to missouri and was parked in the field and forgotten.................that is until I came along and saved it. Yes it does have a clear title (retitled in 1994 in Missouri) (truck looks very straight and original, no bondo anywhere, frame is not bent either) title in hand (double checked it is a clear title sorry for the confusion, AGAIN THIS HAS A CLEAR TITLE--------------NOT SALVAGE) this truck rolls great and I can help you load it , all tires hold air local pickup is preferred but if you need it delivered I can do that for a fee for questions or to see in person please call me on my cell 1-660-553-7892 chris............ $200 due within 24 hrs of auction end balance due at time of pickup or 7 days after auction end which ever comes first.
