Vehicle Detail
1984 Jeep CJ7 with re-built AMC 258 6-cylinder engine and re-built transmission. Installed a Motorcraft 2150 carburetor on it in 2007 and runs very smooth. This jeep has been garaged for the past 15 years and has only seen Summer usage with minimal miles. The jeep had a 4" suspension lift and 1" body lift installed in 2005 and 33" Goodyear Wrangler Mud Terrain tires put on it, could easily fit 35s. Clean title and currently registered in the state of Colorado. There are no tops included with this jeep, except for the bikini top in the pictures, I sold the hardtop a couple years ago since this only sees usage during the Summer. You can usually buy a hardtop on Craigslist for $300-$500. The axles and drivetrain are all original. This has the original AMC 20 rear axle and Dana 35 front axle. I have a set of Moser single-piece axle shafts (paid $200 for them) for the rear AMC 20 which the purchaser can have. See below for additonal accessories that have been installed over the past couple of years: Re-built 258 Engine with approximately 15k miles Motorcraft 2150 carburetor 4" BDS Suspension Lift 33" Goodyear Wrangler Mud Terrain tires with 80-90% of tread left New 3" Exhaust System 1" Body Lift New KC Off-Road Lites Hi-Lift Jack mounted on the front bumper Corbeau Seats with 4 point harness New starter in 2009 New detachable Radio/CD player with auxiliary jack New Alpine 6x9 speakers in the rear New radiator Flex-a-Lite electrical radiator fan On May-04-10 at 14:41:10 PDT, seller added the following information:I just took the jeep to a Colorado emissions station and it did fail the visual inspection due to the lack of air injection system. This is weird since I had the exact same set-up two years ago and passed. The jeep did pass the emissions test portion with room to spare. If you plan to register this vehicle in the state of Colorado, you will need to make some minor changes to pass the visual inspection. On May-04-10 at 14:48:54 PDT, seller added the following information:A picture of the emissions test is attached
