This is a very nice and clean 1966 Stepside Shortbed Pickup that is ready for any speed enthusiast. Yes it is fast and no it does not get driven like it. If anything it is babied and is always garage kept. It has a early 80's model Chevy 350 V8 with edelbrock scorpion high rise intake, holley four barrel carburator, gear driven timing, chevy 300 turbo transmission (shims removed for faster response), headers to straight pipes, b&m shifter, by now you get the picture. Pure hot rod muscle. The exterior has a custom mixed black cherry paint with nice chrome. There are minor imperfections in the paint but from 2' to 3' away there is to much truck to look at to notice and no where on the exterior or interior is there rust threw the paint just very minor imperfections that could easily be fixed. The bed is wood with a varnish finish. Like all wood varnish is starting to wear but wood is great; so a little weekend t.l.c. and it's back to a great finish. The wheels and tires finish it out nicely. The interior has bucket seats out of a Chevy Luv that give it a great race feel and line up at good height for the GT steering wheel. The gauge cluster has been modified to resemble the original but is now all digital. AM/FM Cassette knob style radio. Nothing fancy but I personally would rather listen to the truck shift gears. Interior just needs alittle apholstery work on floor carpet and door panels (again minor). All in all this is a great truck and worth the buy. I have been a late model Chevy Truck fan for years and I know this one is no slouch. I would prefer only serious inquiries do to my time is valuable to me.
