Blair Outlan 901-378-8877 Think about this; AM General only made 365 trucks in 2003!!! And only 11 soft tops in this color! About this truck: This 2003 open top is extremely clean and isn’t an off road truck. Most of its life has been spent in a garage. With the limited number of trucks in 03 this color is extremely rare and looks good on the H1. The chassis is very tight. It’s got Goodyear GSA tires on 17 inch brand new Cepek “GT Inc.” Hummer only rims. These rims are made specifically for the H1, they are quite a unique and expensive set up. They also have stainless lines and valves, looks incredible as compared to the factory “hidden” setup—it’s nice seeing all that hardware. The tires are in excellent shape almost new. Hummer leather with heated seats. It has H1 badges with “butterfly” mirrors, also a must. The paint is in excellent condition. I wouldn’t hesitate to jump in it and drive across the country. As always call me with questions. Blair Outlan 901-378-8877 Differences between 2003’s and previous years are: Firstly—the E-Locker! If you’ve ever talked to me about the TT4 system, you know what I think about it---the E-locker ends all that- it’s amazing. A true electronic locker at the flip of a switch—off road it has no equal, the electronic locker is on or off at the flip of a switch—with no downside like the air-locker or the “Detroit” style locker. Good stuff! 2003 trucks have the updated block with the “FA” vin number as the 4th and 5th digit, this signifies that it is the latest and greatest 6.5 turbo out there. And it has all the improvements from the previous generations. The 03’s also have 4 inches more legroom for the upfront passenger seat—very nice for riders. LED side marker lights, 12 disc CD changer. In my opinion it is the best of the pre-Alpha trucks. Why? Call me, I’ll tell you—in short, it shares most of the parts of the 1999-2002 trucks, which means in the long term parts will be more available. If you have a 2004-2006 you’re very limited. Call me, I’ll educate you. Something else to consider. . if you’re considering an alpha do you really think the Duramax Allison and the new interior is worth $60,000 more? If so put me on the payroll, I’ll help you with some of that cash. .
