This bus is a 1976 VW Transporter. The title is clear, tags are current and it runs very good. There's an oil cooler for long trips, and tires are good. Transporters have 2 front seats with a "walk thru." This means you can walk from the front seat area, to the rest of the bus. We maintain a smoke-free environment. Interior upholstry in decent shape with few tears, but although serviceable, the 2 front seats will need new covers. This isn't a camper, but the bench seat in back pulls out to form a bed. The exterior needs work, but there are no large, major dents. There is some front-end damage, and there's dings on sides and rear end. sun roof opens & closes but needs work. The heater/defroster isn't working. Recent work done: Replaced ignition switch; replaced rear L&R brake shoes and wheel cylinders; replaced fuel hoses in engine compartment and under fuel tank On Apr-27-10 at 04:41:27 PDT, seller added the following information:Bus has been lowered some in front.
