up for bids is a 1971 mercury comet with a 302 ci engine, the car will need the frame rail repaired where the steering box bolts to it, it will also need a good cleaining and the carpet will have to be replaced, the body and the drive train on this car is in real decent shape it does have a 302, with an automatic tranny, headers, traction bars, all the glass in intact and in good condition, this car will need some work to be road worthy but everything is there and for a forty year old car it is in real decent shape, it would'nt take much to make this car a real head turner, i am trying to be as honest as i can about the car if anyone has any questions please call me at 978-434-1289, the car also does have a clear ohio title i never titled or registered the car i bought it for my son about 2 1/2 years ago and he recently got his license, so i had my mechanic check out the car and that was when i found out about the frame, he says that it is a fairly easy fix but the motor will probably have to be pulled to do a decent repair on it because of the tight fix with the v8 and the headers thank you and happy bidding
