For sale, 1968 VW Bus. I am relisting this because the person that won the auction last time ,with out even looking at it, was in no position to PAY FOR IT. IF YOU BID ON THIS BUS PLEASE BE READY TO PAY FOR IT! This bus was originally from Arizona. For a 1968 it has very little rust for its age. It has some around both of the foot wells and under the battery and on the left side where you would put a battery . All pans and suspension, heater tubes and jack points are very solid. It has a couple of small creases on the right side you can see in pictures. It has a New singleport Engine that has about 400 miles on it ,Runs Like a Top, new front shocks, front brake wheel cylinders, master cylinder, New CD Player and speakers, Shift extention and shift knob, New tires all the way around, New Muffler , New hub caps, I had the interiour removed and now it is all put back. . Bus shifts and drives good. It has no heater boxes. It Has a poptop from a Riviera Conversion. It has no linkage to hold the top up. I was going to put a new pop up top from a westfaila camper but never got around to it but I still have the top that will be sold separately. It comes with a Z Bed and a 3rd seat and a side cabnet. I have stripped the inderior and was going to build my own but never got around to it. I have a lot of new stuff that I bought but never put on that will be for sale so if you buy the Bus , bring some extra cash with you and I will make you some good deals on them. Good solid 68s are hard to find but this is an exceptional Bus, Its not perfect but it is a good start for some one that wants to make a nice Bus. or just build a nice rat rod. As with all older VWs, It helps if you have some mechanical aptitude to own one. This Bus Will Sell, ( NO RESERVE ) So Bid Like You Want To Own It. AND CAN PAY FOR IT!
