Vehicle Detail
1940 Ford 2 Door - This vehicle was bought by Blades Rod Shop as a project. This is the description from the previous owner: This is a project that someone had started to rod years ago. I have a clean title for it. It has a new top welded on it because the old one was dented in. It has a camaro subframe and rearend with disc brakes on the front. It has tilt steering. It still has the Turbo 350 tranny in it. It is a pretty solid car with only minor rust. The common spot in the trunk pan is rusted through. The rest of the floor looks really solid especially by the wheel wells were most of them rot out. Both back fenders are kinda rough in the back but are still workable. The front fenders have been repaired at the bottom. All the headliner bows are there and all the interior window moldings, but there is no glass for it. Car has a decent grill. Clear title on hand. Please see pictures for what is included in this auction. This is a really good start to a great project. This car is sure to put a smile on your face as soon as you hit the streets with it. Heck, I smile just looking at it sitting in the shop. Your cares will blow away as the wind whips through your hair and the sun warms your face. All this while driving the coolest car on the block!
