Automatic CVT closed transmission system. Car will not drive in any gear. IMA Hybrid batteries are good. Over 2500 in new parts last August. Great daily commuter if you are able to fix or replace transmission. I have driven it nearly 100 miles a day for over year and half with average of 37-40 mpg. New Battery, Tie rod ends, alignment, front struts, 2 new tires when front end work completed, other 2 tires are still in great shape. Hate to sell the car as it has been a good one, I have no place to store it for parting out. No whines, burning smells etc. Transmission could be easy fix for the right person. Great project car. Hybrid Battery alone could make it worth your buy.
