Floor is solid and no leaks. This unit was originally designed for apparel/clothing reps to fill the back up with garments and travel the country selling at trade shows and conventions. This unit features COLD dash AC, as well as central rear Heat & AC and cruise control. Truck also has New tires and New batteries. It runs/drives/shifts great, and turbo spools up nicely with only 241,028 miles. You have about 16 foot from rear of driver seat to back of van, and about 6 1/2 feet ceiling height. Only issues I noticed is turn signals & radio were not working, also the gold paint job is good but see over spay in some areas.
