1965 Honda S90 Complete restoration from the crank out. The engine received a total rebuild using only authentic Honda parts unless noted otherwise. New Honda parts consist of main and transmission bearings, all gaskets and seals, cam and chain, complete points plate, clutch plates and bushing, Valve caps, fresh bore with 2nd over Honda piston and rings. All case screws (interior and exterior) were replaced with new Honda screws. The head was rebuilt with new valves and seal and lapped to zero leak down. The engine was painted cloud silver and cases polished to original condition. The carb is after market and works perfect. Bike will be delivered with original Mikuni carb. The complete frame, gas tank, triple clamps, swing arm, tail light housing, fenders and lower fork legs were sand blasted and powder coated to match original Honda colors. This only be done if there are no dents or gouges in the sheet metal ! The tank panels, handle bars and rear shock collars were re-chromed. The forks received new Honda fork seals, oil and boots. The rims , hubs and spokes are in like new condition. Both wheels received new tires, tubes, seals and brake shoes. The Battery, cables, air filter element, foot peg rubbers, grips, levers and bulbs are all new Honda parts. The exhaust is original to this bike. There is a small dent on the right side with some very minor pitting in the chrome. This is the best original exhaust I have seen ! The seat cushion is custom built and covered with an after market cover. It looks and feels like the original. The bike starts on first kick, runs, rides, shifts and brakes like new. A single key works the original 3 position ignition and the fork lock. The speedo looks brand new and the odometer shows 470 miles (+/-). The speedo, tail, brake, and headlight work as they should. The horn is loud and clear ! This bike is as aesthetically and mechanically sound as one can find. The bikes title is clear and in my name. A $500 non-refundable Pay Pal deposit is required. The method of balance pay off will be determined between the buyer and my self. I can store the bike inside until the buyer can arrange shipping that I will assist with.
