This is a 1972 Buick Riviera "Boattail" with a CLEAR title. This model of Riviera was only available from 1971- 1973. It was modeled after the Boattail and has a beautiful rear end similar rear window to the C2 Corvette. These cars are becoming pretty hard to find for a decent price. It is probably the next contender after the 1965 Buick Riviera. Many Boattails have been chopped up and customized to the point that it may not be to ones liking as to restore or make it your own. This vehicle is pretty much all original and has not been cut up. Has not had any structural damage from accidents. It had one paint job in it's life... Paint is ok definitely not a show car, but a solid California dry car with NO RUST. As you can see from the pictures there is no lifting or bubbles from underneath the top on the roof panel as they are prone to have. It is a reliable driver This Riviera is powered by a 455 CID V8 and a 3-speed automatic transmission this came from the factory. It rides like a Cadillac and has the power of a Muscle Car! Carpet is clean without any holes in it. Interior is in good conditions without any rips on the seats and the dash is clean. There is only one piece on the interior that needs some attention and it is the driver side door panel arm rest area. The rear package tray in the back of the seat is beautiful and they are almost impossible to find in this condition. All in all a nice solid car you can fix up in the future or just cruise it the way it is!!!
