We are this vehicle's second owner, having acquired it from the first owner with about 25,000 miles. First owner sold it because his wife wanted a smaller SUV. This has been an exceptional vehicle and, candidly, we are a little reticent to sell it. However, we need better fuel efficiency for longer, weekly trips. Clean title. No liens. All maintenance records are available including those from the original sale to the first owner. The vehicle is in good mechanical condition. PA inspection and emissions test - including oil change and tire rotation - were just completed Nov 2018. Tires were replaced about one year ago, new exhaust, new front sway bars, brand new mats, new window tinting, and new cabin filters. AC runs cold. Center console navigation, radio, and climate control unit still fully functioning. Power seat controls, heated seats, power side mirror controls, power windows, and sunroof/moonroof controls all work perfectly. The vehicle has both third row seats - rarely used. In fact, they have been stored out of the vehicle for the past 7-8 years. Also includes a new, fitted vehicle cover. The vehicle exhibits customary external and internal wear-and-tear for a vehicle of this mileage and regular use. I, the Seller, have no knowledge of any hidden defects in and to the vehicle, and believe to the best of my knowledge that the vehicle is being sold in good operating condition "AS-IS," meaning that there is no warranty for any defects and that all repairs are the responsibility of the Buyer. Buyer is responsible for any applicable sales/property taxes, registration, and titling fees in his/her state of residency. Buyer is also responsible for transport/pick-up costs to remove the vehicle from its present location.
