This motor vehicle is being sold AS IS with all faults, including but not limited to those described herein, as well as any other defects, whether or nor presently known or discoverable with or without inspection and operation of the vehicle. Should the motor vehicle be found to be defective after purchase, buyer is fully and solely responsible for any and all servicing and repair costs. If applicable, and unless stated above, should vehicle require smog in your state of purchase, buyer will be solely and fully responsible for smogging vehicle and any and all repair costs associated with making vehicle able to pass smog if such repairs and service are needed. (If applicable) If you are a California Resident intending on registering this vehicle in the State of California, AND not a Dealer, then we will provide you with either a “certificate of compliance” or a “certificate of non-compliance” along with the sale. There will be a 50.00 fee added to your total amount unless otherwise stated. The California Vehicle Code (CVC) 24007 (b) (2) issued in accordance with section 44015 of the Health and Safety Code, states that buyers can be presented with a certificate of compliance or a certificate of non-compliance (that has been issued within 90 days) before or at the time of sale. This will allow buyers to pay the registration fees and tax then transfer the car into their name at the DMV and provides them with 90 days of temporary registration from the time the certificate of non-compliance was issued for the vehicle, thus allowing the buyer time to repair the vehicle and bring it into smog conformity. This vehicle will be delivered with a Clear California Title (Pink Slip), Bill of Sale, Smog (if applicable and stated), and 1 key FOB. This is all the paperwork you will receive. Verify with your state if this is sufficient to register the vehicle in your state, as it is all you will receive. Should you require additional paperwork, it is your due diligence as the buyer to contact the DMV and acquire all necessary documents. If sale is not completed, I will file a Non Paying bidder alert and seek litigation if needed. I retain the right to refuse bids from ebay buyers with substantial negative history or limited/no history. Winning bidder must contact me with 24 hours of auction close to inform me as to how sale will be completed.
