Thanks for looking!On Nov-22-18 at 07:00:52 PST, seller added the following information: I have added a recent condition report on the Mini in the pictures. This is from the dealership in Ann Arbor. The report references an oil leak and two tires that need to be replaced primarily. As a result of the visit the two tires were replaced. The oil leak was from the oil pan gasket and the front crank shaft seal, which were also replaced. Everything else was in great shape, and now those items are too! A couple other details, the car has always been serviced at Mini dealerships (three of them - Southfield, Ann Arbor and Grand Rapids), even for routine stuff. Also, contrary to what the vehicle report is summarizing, this is a single owner vehicle. Thanks!
