Up for auction is a recently restored 1997 CR500. It has been restored to its original look and feel, and runs flawlessly! This was a rider, but was in too good of condition to not restore it back to stock. As you can see from the pictures, it looks great! A few notes, the stock pipe has been repaired which you can see from the photos. It looks great! The rear muffler has been reconditioned, which means I cleaned it up! That's right, it is the original stock pipe and muffler on this bike. It has a semi fresh top end, and shifts like your typical Honda (PERFECTLY). Every part on this bike has been cleaned! Many of the parts have been replaced, which you can find below. It has a clean title, pictured, but I am unsure of the last registration. And yes, the engine number and frame vin number match the pink slip. This is a no reserve auction, it will end, it will sell. I am also listing this locally. Shipping: Yes, I will ship this bike. And by this I mean I will happily take the bike to a forward air terminal to drop it off if it needs to go out of the country. You can also arrange for pickup at my house if you want to ship it in the continental US. Payment: A deposit of $200 is required via paypal at the end of the auction. Further payment in a cash or cashiers check (when shipping somewhere) will be fine, but I will not release the bike until the cashiers check clears at the bank. If you are looking at this bike you know how hard they are to find. I am very hesitant to say that you will find another as clean as this one again. Yes, The auction will end on the Friday of Thanksgiving Weekend. If you want to pick it up right after it ends, that is fine too.
