Just got this beauty road-ready and now I want to upgrade. 1981 Honda Passport, 70cc engine. Recent complete tune-up ($492) includes new tires (balanced ), oil change, new 6v. battery, clean carburetor jets, install all new light bulbs, drive-chain lubed and adjusted, new spark plug, new point and condensor, new air filter and safety inspection. Purchased with no title, so current registration is "ownership in doubt", 3 year wait before title is issued.
